  • Upload your design in a vector format (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.
  • Process: Pre-sale Consultation (if necessary) → Upload → Verification (1-2 days) → Confirmation → Production (30 days) → Quality Inspection before shipment → Shipping (LTL: 30 days) → Delivery

• 1-b. Logo/Graphic/Text not finished design (We currently do not provide design-from-scratch services for logos, graphics, or text.):
  • Provide your logo, graphics in picture format (JPG) or text.
    
  • Process: Pre-sale Consultation (if necessary) → Upload → Verification (2-5 days) → Design Sketch Approval → Confirmation → Production (30 days) → Quality Inspection before shipment → Shipping (LTL: 30 days) → Delivery

2. Printable Area

3. Document Requirements (Finished Design)

• Vector file (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, or PNG) with a transparent background.
  • Include:

    • Quantity (minimum 50 pieces)

4. Return Policy

• Customized items are generally not returnable or exchangeable, except for quality issues.
• Slight variations between design sketches and actual products may occur.
• You will approve a color rendering of your design on the product before production begins.
