Your package will be shipped out on time from our warehouse. Due to the severe weather conditions in the United States, any delays with your package is beyond our control. #1 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders: Usually will be delivered in 2-5 business days for the lower 48 States.

Non Domestic orders:
Currently, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited® for international shipping to Canada, Mexico and the rest of world.
For the orders of Canada & Mexico, your order will normally ship within three business days after we verify your payment details. You will receive a tracking # when the order ships and may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery provided that it's cleared by customs. Insurance is covered for all international shipments. Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier.
For the orders of rest of world, your order also will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment detail verification. WinSpin Global is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment (In general, Custom clearance handling fee & Duty fee).

#2 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer multiple options to suit all delivery needs. We ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited® and rates are by real time.

  • UPS Ground - It is delivered in 3-5 business days and arrive via ground.
  • UPS Next Day Air - Available in qualifying ZIP codes by both 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivery by 3:00 P.M. or 4:30 P.M. to most commercial destinations, by end of day for residential locations.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Two-day delivery to every address throughout the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico
  • 3 Day Select - Available for packages within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • The charge is affected by your package weight, size, your shipping address and the shipping method you choose.

Normally, UPS have the best shipping rates in the industry. When you check out, you will be asked to fill in your name and billing address. Our system will calculate the actual shipping cost depending on your location. 

For now, we offer Free Shipping for all lower 48 states. Free Shipping offer refers to Free UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost® & UPS Ground according to package's weight and dimension, when you enter the address within 48 states (no P.O.Box address), which is excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

#3 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Orders can be modified within 30 minutes of submission. Please call us or send an email to customer support and provide the new shipping address in advance. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed unless confirmed by a representative.

#4 I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

There are some important things to remember while you wait for your package:

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email address when order was fulfilled. You can use this tracking information to view the most up-to-date tracking from the carrier. Please note, however, that USPS tracking is often only Delivery Confirmation, and will not show any status updates until the item is scanned as delivered.
  • At UPS - Tracking Details, you will be provided an estimated delivery date. Your item should arrive on or before this date. In some cases, situations outside our control happen and the item make take a little longer to arrive than we estimated. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your package.

If your order says delivered, but its not there? Before contacting Customer Care, please check the following:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, apartment office, or others who may have accepted your order on your behalf.
  • The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted.
    UPS has a service called UPS Access Point. If you are not available for your delivery, the delivery driver may take your package to an Access Point for you to pick up. Check your tracking information to confirm the delivery location.
  • Allow 48 hours- in rare situations, or during peak delivery times, packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to their arrival.

If it has been 48 hours past your delivery notification and you still haven't located the delivery, contact us or further assistance.

#5 WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

  • Order was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded.
  • Order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded.
  • Order was canceled because the ordering system suspects it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded. If you still need the item, please contact us for manual confirmation.
  • Order was canceled because of unforseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded.

#6 CAN I PICK UP ITEM LOCALLY?

  • We are currently not allowing any Local Pickups. All orders will need to be placed online for shipment. If assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us at (1-888-823-9222). We appreciate your understanding.
